The Sikh Learning Centre by Sikh Family Hub is a non-profit initiative grounded in Sikhi. Our mission is to provide children with online, Gurmat-centered holistic education while offering meaningful support to parents on their journey.

Our Vision and Mission

Many Sikh families in the West often feel alone while raising their children in a society that may not reflect their values. They face a lack of engaging and high-quality Gurmat education, making it challenging to pass on Sikh teachings in a meaningful way. Balancing Sikhi with academic expectations can be overwhelming, and finding culturally competent mental and physical health support remains a struggle. Sikh Family Hub  fills this gap—offering holistic support and education tailored to the unique needs of Sikh families in the Western world . 

At Sikh Family Hub, our mission is twofold. First, we strive to create Kirat opportunities for the Sangat—meaningful ways for individuals to earn a living while serving the Panth and contributing to the collective Chardi Kalaa of the Sikh community. Second, we are committed to making Gurmat-based holistic education accessible to youth and parents around the world, empowering families with spiritual knowledge, cultural understanding, and practical tools for thriving in today’s world—all rooted in Sikhi.

Why We Charge Low Fee

We believe that seva should be sustainable. That’s why our low-cost model is designed to ensure that families have access to high-quality Gurmat-based education, regardless of their financial situation. At the same time, our sevadars are able to engage in meaningful Kirat, with their time, skills, and dedication respected and valued. This approach allows our programs to run consistently and effectively, without burnout or financial strain on the community.
